Taney County, Missouri Case No. 14AF-AC1316-01 (July, 2018)

Russ Schenewerk represented Defendant roofing company accused of installing a leaky and defective roof.

Plaintiffs were homeowners of a newly built residence in Ozark and sued Defendant for $16,000 plus attorneys' fees.

We argued at trial that Plaintiffs did not prove the monetary damages claim and that Plaintiffs erred in not filing suit against the general contractor.

Judge Tony Williams agreed and ruled for the Defendant roofing company on all counts.
