Jacqueline Bryant

Jacqueline returned to the firm in Fall 2014 after working an as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Greene County. She is excited to return to civil practice and looks forward to working with clients in real estate matters, business organization, and commercial litigation.

Experience:

Jacqueline began her career as an attorney working for the firm in the Fall 2012. During that time, she assisted in a variety of cases, ranging from judicial dissolution of a limited partnership to claims against businesses for violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. She joined the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in 2013. While there, Jacqueline reviewed thousands of felony cases and was responsible for making initial filing decisions. She returned to civil practice this Fall and is thrilled to be back doing work she enjoys. 

 

Jacqueline also has appellate experience. During law school, she clerked for the Office of General Counsel for Missouri's Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. She drafted numerous appellate briefs during this period that were filed in the Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Missouri. Additionally, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Appellate Advocacy during law school. 

 

Jacqueline looks forward to working with clients and advising them of options to meet their legal needs.
